On the 9th of February 2018, starting from 13:00 CET, the Open Beta servers will not be available for 2 hours due to the application of Hotfix 0.23.4374.4
The reason for the maintenance is the removal of an exploit that allowed players to receive incorrect rewards in Ranked Battles.
