List of Update 0.555 Changes
Legendary PvE Changes and Fixes
Commanders, we have heard your feedback regarding the amount of challenge the new Legendary PvE difficulty poses and how you’d like it increased. We are therefore introducing the following changes to its difficulty:
- Elite enemy vehicles are all considerably stronger and fire faster
- Non-elite enemy vehicles now fire 25 percent faster
- All enemy vehicles now take reduced module damage and repair their modules faster
- Elite vehicles now spawn 3 minutes from the start of the battle (instead of 1 minute)
- Capturing the base now takes 50 seconds
- Holding the base now requires 3 minutes instead of 2
- The objective is now defended by additional extra-tough Officers as well as additional enemy units
- Artillery and Lightning map hazards now deal 850 and 950 damage respectively
In addition to these adjustments, we have fixed the following issues:
- Weekend Special Operations are no longer blocked by the Legendary PvE button, which means they are making a return
- Fixed the Legendary Speedrun achievement that was being awarded incorrectly and adjusted its time limit from 4 to 6 minutes (reflecting the changes made above)
- Legendary PvE difficulty now correctly shows in the Garage the Legendary Vehicle crown icon (as Legendary Loot Crates can be obtained in this mode)
The baseline economy of the mode was not adjusted as we do not consider it broken. To earn more Credits and XP, players are advised to complete Secondary Objectives and to destroy Elite Vehicles. Destroying all Elite Vehicles awards the entire team with an extra Legendary Loot Crate that is awarded even when you have obtained the 10 daily Legendary Loot Crates.
Tier 5-8 Legendary Vehicle Loot Crates
Despite the initial reasoning being largely still in place, we have decided that limiting Legendary Loot Crates to higher Tiers is no longer beneficial to the game. We want to offer more variety to players when it comes to their acquisition, which is why, starting today, Legendary Loot Crates are available from Tier 5 onward.
Please note that the other conditions such as acquisition and mode limits remain in place.
General Changes
- Centauro 2: Significantly improved off-road driving characteristics
- Type 625E: Significantly improved off-road driving characteristics
- Fixed an issue where obtaining skins from a Contract Loot Crate and opening them in your Inventory sometimes wouldn’t unlock the respective skins for your vehicles
- Fixed a number of localization issues
- Added a number of assets for future events
