Commanders!
As you are no doubt aware either from the game itself, our portal article, or from the amount of more than a little competitive players on higher Tiers, we have introduced a brand-new feature to Armored Warfare – the Legendary vehicle Tier that surpasses regular Tier 10 vehicles in most aspects. In today’s article, we’d like to tell you more about the mechanics of the feature and where to find it in the game.
Starting with the Legendary Vehicles themselves, they can be found amongst dealers in the Vehicles window of the Garage. Click on the crown icon on the left side to open a special section belonging to Legendary Vehicles. Legendary Vehicles belong to no particular dealer and, in the future, will be possible to use in any missions that require dealer-specific vehicles (we will introduce this feature as soon as possible).

As was previously mentioned, each Legendary Vehicle requires 10000 Legendary Blueprints and a prerequisite vehicle, as such:
- Leopard 2A7DK: Leopard 2AX
- BMPT Mod.2025: T-15 Armata
- M10 Longstreet: XM1302
When either of these requirements is not met, a lock appears over the icon of the Legendary Vehicle explaining the situation.

Legendary Blueprints can be obtained from Legendary Crates, which in turn are obtained from matches using the following rules:
- PvP (Random Battles): Top 3 winning players by ranking receive a Legendary Loot Crate and the Top player on the losing team receives a crate as well
- PvE (except for Special Operations): Top player receives a Legendary Loot Crate if the match ends with a victory
- PvE (Special Operations, including the older ones): Top two players receives a Legendary Loot Crate if the match ends with a victory
There are the following exceptions rules:
- You have to be playing a Tier 8 vehicle or higher
- You cannot play Global Operations or Heroic Special Operations as these modes do not award Legendary Loot Crates
- PvP matches must have at least 20 players (10v10)
Modes that award Legendary Loot Crates are marked with a crown icon. Please note that the icon will not appear if you have a vehicle of Tier lower than 8 selected.

Please also note that we are currently reviewing these rules and will update this guide if there are any changes.
Each Legendary Loot Crate drops between 1 and 300 Legendary Blueprints, of which you need 10000 to assemble a vehicle. The Loot Crates can be found in the Inventory window and need to be opened to receive your Blueprints.

The amount of your Legendary Blueprints can be also tracked in your inventory, in the LEGENDARY section. The amount is displayed in the upper right corner and the icons of vehicles below serve to assemble the vehicles once the requirements are complete.

Press the wrench icon to assemble a vehicle, which is only possible if you have the prerequisite vehicle. Otherwise the attempt will end in failure.

In battle, Legendary Vehicles can be recognized by a distinctive crown icon and the letter (L) in their description. Pay attention to your surroundings, commanders, because these vehicles are deadly.

We’ll discuss them in our second part of the guide. And until then, as always:
See you on the battlefield!
