Maintenance - February 20

On the 20th of February 2020, starting from 8:00 CET (19th of February, 11 PM PST), the server will not be available for 5 hours due to the application of Update 0.30.5971

• Fixed the issue that caused ATGMs to sharply turn away from the intended target
• Fixed an issue where ATGMs could sometimes miss the target when fired at close range
• Overhauled the English description of vehicle traits
• Fixed a number of English localization issues
• Added a number of Russian-themed assets for the Defender of the Fatherland event
